Return & Refund Policy
- Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
- We ONLY accept return if item is defective upon received.
- Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the shipment. Otherwise, NO defect/damage claim will be allowed.
- Buyer have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees.
- The return item must be in complete set as the condition we shipped.
- Kindly make the return shipment within 7 days upon confirmation from us.
- We will not responsible the damaged during shipment. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
- Shipping fees, handling charges, insurances or any other fees are not refundable in any case.
- Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your item need to be service, repair or return.
- Buyer holds the responsibility for the shipment until it arrives at our location.
Out of stock
If the product ordered are out of stock, we will inform buyer. We will give option whether "to wait", "to exchange" with other product which is same value, or "refund". Don't worry, we will monitor the inventory time by time to make sure our products are in stock, otherwise we will not accept to order if the product is running out of stock.
